Your Questions, Answered

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through email, call, or text to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. We’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Not sure if therapy or this therapist is right for you? That's exactly what the consultation call is for. We'll spend fifteen minutes getting acquainted, seeing if we click, and making sure Unfold Therapy Collective is the right fit for your needs.

  • The first session is simply sitting down and getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask questions and get a deeper sense for what you’re seeking from therapy. Don’t know exactly what you are looking for? No worries! There is no script here; the most important part is showing up.

Your therapist will notify you of any paperwork requiring completion prior to your first appointment.

  • Life happens-if you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice. Cancellations made without this notice or missed appointments will be subject to a fee. If you have an unexpected emergency, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Appointments are available during evenings and weekends, making it easy to fit therapy into a busy schedule without rearranging school or a workday. Availability can vary, so reaching out directly is the best way to find a time that works.

  • Rooted in Omaha, Nebraska, Unfold Therapy Collective currently provides telehealth appointments only.

Note: during the time of your appointment, you must be located in the state of Nebraska. If you are traveling or unable to be inside state bounds during your appointment time, please notify your therapist.
