I'm Rachel Kneifl, MS, PLMHP, mental health therapist at Unfold Therapy Collective. My work is primarily with pre-adjudicated and justice involved youth, though I enjoy supporting teenagers and young adults as well.

I think it’s worth saying upfront that therapy can be uncomfortable. It asks you to say the quiet parts out loud, sit with things you'd rather avoid, and be honest with someone you just met.

The uncomfortable part is also the worthwhile part. Reaching out is the first step.

Education:

Bachelor of science degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln

Master of science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha

Come as you are. We’ll walk through it, together.

Unfold is an invitation. Growth doesn't happen all at once. It happens slowly, in layers, when you feel safe enough to open up and realize what you're already capable of. No pressure, no timeline.

Collective reflects something simple: you don't have to do this alone. We're all working toward the same thing.
